- for outlying islands, delivery can be made to Central pier for ongoing transit/installation to be arranged by the customer.
- for delivery where the pieces can only be transported via stairs, industry-standard charges will apply: $40 per floor/per fan.
- the installation upon delivery service covers assembling and installing the fan at the existing power point on a solid concrete ceiling / wall not higher than 10 feet. optional additional services such as dismantling of old fans, additional wiring, changing power supply and more can be booked in advance of delivery/installation. our partner will be in touch with you shortly following purchase to discuss, and provide a total cost for, all of the services you require.
- delivery and installation will be provided by el:ar within 5-10 working days of service requirements being confirmed (subject to booking status) with a 4 hour session timeslot provided. cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior to your delivery booking or a service charge will apply. following installation, their technician will perform a test run of the product(s) to ensure full customer satisfaction.
- to ensure a smooth installation, please do clear the installation space so it is accessible as el:ar are not able to move any furniture or objects of any kind. the location should be free of any other items e.g. light fittings, fans etc. unless you have booked an optional dismantling service. in the event the installation location is higher than 10 feet, please provide a safety-approved platform/ladder with sufficient height to allow our technician to complete the work.
- delivery charges without installation:
- delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories is free of charge. For Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Discovery Bay, the delivery charge will be $200 regardless of how many pieces.
