typically, a mixture of stock and pre-order items will be delivered separately, with TREE delivering in-stock items as soon as possible, but we can arrange for your pieces to be delivered at the same time should you prefer. just let us know your preference!

we're able to store your pieces at our warehouse for 14 days from the date of your purchase. please understand that space is a premium in Hong Kong so a storage charge will be incurred should you require us to hold your pieces for longer.

we are happy to assist you with the disposal of your old items. we can also help you with donating your old pieces to any charities that accept furniture. our delivery team will confirm the total disposal fee you once they are on-site – their decision will be final as to the costs. we ask that you please prepare cash, which will be handed to our delivery team directly. should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

we can arrange separate deliveries upon your request, however please note that a delivery charge will apply for each delivery. our team will be happy to accommodate your preferred time slot based on our delivery for your specific area.

yes, we offer assembly and installation services for our TREE pieces and our team will do this for you on the same date/time as delivery.

yes, we can arrange shipping with a third-party international shipping company, who can provide you with a quotation for the shipping costs.

please note that large furniture pieces are available only for pick-up at our flagship store, Horizon Plaza. small accessories as well as items that are already displayed at our HomeSquare store can be picked up from our Shatin location once payment is completed.

once you have placed your order and completed payment, our team can normally schedule delivery for you within one week for in-stock pieces. we will also try to accommodate urgent deliveries as needed.

if the item is in-stock, your TREE piece can be arranged to be picked up on the same day.

all sold piece(s), including any deposit paid, are non-refundable.

if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase(s), please notify us in writing within seven days of delivery for a potential exchange or credit note valid for one year (subject to our discretion). we will be happy to help arrange a collection, however please note that TREE will not be responsible for the costs and expenses of returning these pieces, which must be paid prior to the collection.
