our furniture is made to last a lifetime, but we also know that with daily life, a little wear and tear will naturally occur. our after care and TREEtment manuals will help you handle any messes and spills that everyday life brings!

our wood

it doesn’t hurt to regularly clean your wooden piece but be sure to only use a slightly damp cloth to wipe it down and pick up any particles. avoid furniture polish or chemical products as this can build residue, attract more dust, and strip colour or protection.

placemats and/or coasters can also help prevent heat and water marks on your furniture.

these are just some top-line tips to look after your wooden piece, but you can also download our TREEtment manual for detailed information on keeping your piece in tip-top condition.

we recommend using a vacuum to clean your sofa or upholstered chair once a week. opt for a soft nozzle and clean with a light hand to minimise pilling on the fabric.

for a deeper clean, we suggest having your removable covers dry cleaned, or arranging for these to be treated at your home by a specialist cleaner.

outdoor furniture

whether your outdoor piece is crafted from FSC™-certified/sustainably sourced teak, wicker or waterproof upholstered fabric, there are plenty of measures that you can take to ensure they stay in tip-top condition.

regularly wipe your wooden or wicker piece with a dry cloth or soft brush – please do not rub. we recommend storing any cushions that come with your furniture piece when they’re not in use.
