as the impact of the coronavirus continues to unfold globally, leaving us with feelings of apprehension and uncertainty, we wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about the steps we’re taking to keep both our visiting customers, as well as our staff, safe and healthy within our stores.
since the outbreak of the virus earlier this year we have taken, and continue to take, precautionary measures to minimise the spread within our store environments. while our three stores in Horizon Plaza, HomeSquare and YOHO remain open with business as usual, please rest assured that our facilities, floors and furniture are cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis to protect everyone. apologies to the little ones as we have removed the toys in the café kids area to allow for cleaning. disinfectant spray machines and hand sanitisers have also been placed throughout our stores for staff and customer use. we’re also providing equipment to our team, conducting temperature checks on all staff, and ensuring that personal hygiene is strictly adhered to across our office, shop floors, café and on delivery.
you can also continue to shop for your home, from your home at our online store – products can be delivered to you by our delivery team, who are following strict hygiene protocols to protect you and indeed them.
please rest assured should there be any issues related to the virus that is identified within our TREE family, from our customers or indeed in the buildings where we operate, we are committed to taking any action necessary and will communicate swiftly via all our platforms to keep you updated.
